Shipping

Can you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are currently only offering shipping within North America.

Order Pick-Up

How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up during shop hours.

How long will you hold my order?

We will hold your order for 7 days from pick-up notification. If you are unable to retrieve your purchase within the alotted time please reach out to shoplazuli@gmail.com for further assistance.

Any orders ready over 5 business days that have not been picked up will be returned.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return or exchange my product?

Contact us via the chat bubble at the bottom right of the screen to begin the return/exchange process.

What are your return policies?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are submitted once the product has been received and inspected by our team.

We cannot except returns on Custom Charm Paintings.
